We are two former special ed providers with over 36 years of combined experience, so you can say we’ve been around the block. We always loved working with kids and the satisfaction of teaching them a new skill, but our jobs were sometimes frustrating, too.

We remember what it was like to be assigned cases that weren’t the right fit for us—either because they were not stimulating enough or were too challenging. Our coordinators weren’t communicative and didn’t provide enough feedback. Reports were hard to fill out. We felt lost a lot of the time.

We created the agency we wanted to work for.
